Heidi Klum is now… Heidi Samuel . On Friday afternoon, a judge approved Heidi’s request to change her last name to Samuel, which is husband Seal’s last name. ( Seal Samuel ? Who knew?) What was Heidi’s reason for the name change? “Marriage,” according to court documents. Seal and Heidi married four years ago, and she recently gave birth to their third child, daughter Lou . A rep for Klum did not comment when asked if the Project Runway host intends to be known professionally as Heidi Samuel from now on. I wonder why Heidi chose to change her name now? Regardless, something tells me we’ll always know her as Heidi Klum
